The reason why we eat food is to give us the energy to move and do things. However, in most countries people have enough or even too much food to eat. However, by the afternoon many people can feel run down and exhausted.
These feelings of exhaustions have a lot to do with the diet that they are eating. The main source of energy we get is from carbohydrates. When we eat carbohydrates these are converted into glucose in the body which provides us with the fuel to function
